We all have times when we feel stuck, and in my experience, it’s because we lose sight of our goals. There’s a disconnect between what we do and what we really want out of all of it. We get wrapped up in the little things that demand most of our attention. They count, too, but they sap our energy and drive. We get bogged down.
That’s a terrible way to achieve what we really want, so sometimes we need to rethink what we really want. And we need some motivation and reminders to find the path again. To get back on track. And to move forward.
My recommendation? We need to find our why. Find a core motivation, and (if you’re like me) a mantra or a word to focus on. It’ll be the thing to read or say when things get tough and the way gets lost.
You’ll find your way back. You’ll start to move forward again.
